PLASTICON SBR BOND AR 35 is a single-component, SBR-based polymer, consisting of polymer and liquid additives. It can be used in combination with cement as a waterproof coating for terraces, balconies, and roof slabs. It develops an excellent bond with concrete & all building materials. PLASTICON SBR BOND AR 35 can also be used for concrete repair as primer or PMM.
ADVANTAGESPLASTICON SBR BOND AR 35 is an SBR-based polymer used for making cement-based waterproofing slurry that is flexible and can be used as a coating for the control of efflorescence. PLASTICON SBR BOND AR 35 can be used as a bonding agent also.
RECOMMENDED USESWaterproofing of toilets, terraces, roofs, Chajjas, etc. Suitable for general concrete repairs. It gives excellent bond strength. It can be used for the protection of concrete against corrosion, salt attack, etc.
COVERAGEAs a Bonding agent: 1 Kg. SBR BOND AR 35 mixed with 2 kg neat cement covers approx. 2.0-2.5 sqm area in 2 coats depending upon the surface.

Surface preparation and application techniques The substrate to receive Unibond shall be free of dust, all protruding materials like all, chicken mesh mold Oil, etc. Open the contents of Unibond and stir the contents thoroughly to allow for aggregates to remain in suspension. Dip the paintbrush in Unibond and apply evenly to the substrate. Apply Gypsum Plaster within 10 days of application of Unibond. However, the application could commence as early as 60 minutes after application for thin renders, and for higher thickness wait for 24 hrs and beyond.
DESCRIPTIONPLASTICON UNIBOND is a product based on water-dispersible complex polymers and graded aggregates. Application of this product on plaster or concrete surfaces allows for minimal surface preparation thereby saving on cost and labor.
PRIMARY USESAs a bonding agent for cement screeds, render, and plaster on concrete. As a bonding agent for Gypsum plaster on concrete or plaster surface.
ADVANTAGESIt is ready to apply the product. It contains graded aggregates that create a mechanical key. Renderings can be applied within 60 minutes of the application of Plasticon Unibond and up to a maximum time of 10 days after the application of the Unibond coating.
COVERAGEThe coverage of the product shall vary between 3.5 to 4.5 m²/kg and the same will depend upon the surface being applied.
